Warranty

Every piece of equipment we sell comes with full manufacturer warranty. Here's what's covered and how to make a claim.

Last updated: May 2026

CombiOvens is an authorised dealer for all brands we stock. That means every product comes with the full manufacturer warranty — not a watered-down dealer version. We're your first point of contact for any warranty issue and we'll manage the process with the supplier on your behalf.

How to make a claim

Don't go direct to the manufacturer — come to us first.

  1. Email sales@combiovens.com.au with your order number, a description of the fault, and photos or video if relevant.
  2. We'll assess the claim and contact the supplier's service team within 1–2 business days.
  3. A service technician will be arranged — timeframes depend on your location and the supplier's service network.
  4. If parts are needed, we'll keep you updated on availability and expected repair time.

If a claim is dragging on, chase us — we'll chase the supplier.

What's not covered

Warranty is typically void if:

  • The equipment has been misused, overloaded, or operated outside its specifications
  • It's been serviced or modified by an unauthorised technician — repairs must be carried out by someone approved by the manufacturer
  • Damage is caused by poor water quality (scale buildup etc.) — particularly relevant for dishwashers and combi ovens
  • Normal wear and tear — consumables, gaskets, seals, and cosmetic wear aren't covered
  • Damage from incorrect installation — gas and electrical connections must be done by a licensed tradesperson

If you're unsure whether something is warranty-eligible, ask us before you call a tech.

Australian Consumer Law

Manufacturer warranty is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major defect, you have the right to a replacement or refund regardless of the warranty period. No warranty policy can take away these statutory rights.
