Plain-English terms for buying from us. Read before you order — especially the bit about special orders.

These terms apply to all purchases made through CombiOvens.com.au (ABN XX XXX XXX XXX). We are an authorised dealer — not a manufacturer. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
All quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued. After that, pricing may change — particularly for imported equipment subject to currency or freight fluctuations.
All prices are quoted exclusive of GST. GST (10%) will be added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.
If a pricing error occurs we'll contact you before processing your order. You'll have the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.
Freight costs are not included in quoted prices. After you place an order, we'll confirm your exact freight cost within 24 business hours based on your delivery address and the size/weight of the equipment.
Ground floor delivery only. Our standard freight service delivers to the ground floor of your premises. If you need equipment moved upstairs, into a basement, or require a tail-lift truck, let us know at quote stage so we can arrange the right service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our freight partners — we can't guarantee specific delivery dates.
Inspect your delivery before signing. If equipment arrives damaged, note it on the delivery docket and contact us within 24 hours with photos.
We accept:
Full payment is required before we place your order with the supplier. We don't hold stock — all equipment is ordered specifically for you on receipt of cleared funds.
EFT payments may take 1–2 business days to clear. Your order is placed once funds appear in our account.
Important: All equipment sold by CombiOvens is ordered specifically for you. Once we've placed your order with the supplier, cancellation may not be possible — or may incur a restocking fee charged by the supplier, typically 15–25% of the order value depending on the brand and item.
If you need to cancel before we've placed the supplier order, contact us immediately at sales@combiovens.com.au or 1300 000 000 — we'll do what we can.
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on commercial kitchen equipment. If equipment is faulty or not as described, your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply.
Ownership of equipment passes to you only once full payment has been received. Risk passes to you on delivery to your nominated address.
Until title passes, CombiOvens retains all rights to the goods.
CombiOvens is an authorised dealer for Atosa, CookRite, Jasper, MixRite, Classeq, and Winterhalter. We are not the manufacturer. Manufacturer warranties and technical support are provided by or through the relevant Australian supplier.
We're your point of contact for any issues — we'll liaise with the supplier on your behalf.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If equipment has a major fault, you're entitled to a replacement or refund. If it has a minor fault, we'll repair it within a reasonable time.
